Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit using an n type MOSFET which is configured to continuously maintain an on state in a simple circuit configuration.SOLUTION: A control circuit 1 adopted includes: an n type MOSFET 2 having a drain and a source connected with a load driving power supply and a load, respectively; a driver circuit 3 for outputting a control signal to a gate of the n type MOSFET 2; a bootstrap circuit 4 connected to the source of the n type MOSFET 2 and configured to supply the driver circuit 3 with a voltage higher than a voltage of the power supply generated in accordance with a potential of the source; and a control section 5 for feeding at predetermined time intervals the driver circuit 3 with a refresh signal r as a command to interrupt the control signal output to the gate of the n type MOSFET 2. |
