Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an energy consumption and besides, to supply air flow to an individual server without causing deficiency.SOLUTION: An air conditioner operation control device 4 includes: a floor air outlet air supply pressure calculation part 43 which calculates a floor air outlet air supply pressure target value of a corresponding floor air outlet based on a power consumption measurement value of each server rack; a zone definition part 44 which defines a zone as a division area of a server room that each air conditioner takes charge of cooling for the air conditioner based upon a power consumption measurement value of each server rack; and an air conditioner fan control part 45 which calculates a pressure deviation of the floor air outlet air supply pressure measurement value from the floor air outlet air supply pressure target value for each zone and each floor air outlet, which sets a floor air outlet air supply pressure measurement value of a floor air outlet having the largest pressure deviation in the zone as a controlled variable of the air conditioner corresponding to the zone, and which calculates for each zone, a fan inverter output value of the air conditioner based upon a pressure deviation of the controlled variable from the floor air outlet air supply pressure target value of the floor air outlet.
