The attachment 20 is removably installed in the body part 10. The attachment 20 comprises an attachment base 21 and an attachment comb part 22. The body part 10 and the attachment 20 comprise a first position adjustment part 30 for adjusting a position in a longitudinal direction of the attachment 20 to the body part 10. The attachment base 21 and the attachment comb part 22 comprise a second position adjustment part for adjusting a position in a longitudinal direction of the attachment comb part 22 to the attachment base 21. The clipping height of hair and body hair is adjusted by a combination of the position setting change stage number of the first position adjustment part 30 and the second position adjustment part.
