Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition useful for forming a hard coat layer which achieves both mechanical strength such as scratch resistance and weather resistance.SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition contains, as essential components, (A) an organic-inorganic composite to the surface of which a (meth)acryloyl group is bonded via an -O-Si-X- bond, (B) smectite organized with at least one salt selected from the group consisting of a quaternary ammonium salt, a quaternary phosphonium salt, and a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound quaternary salt, (C) a silane coupling agent containing a functional group, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator.
