Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device capable of washing the body of a user with foam.SOLUTION: A washing device includes: foam generation means for generating foam containing washing ingredients; and supply means for supplying foam generated by the foam generation means to the upper part of an object to be washed to make the foam flow down along the object to be washed. Dirt adhering to the surface of the object to be washed is separated together with foam while the foam containing washing ingredients flows down along the surface of the object to be washed, and thereby the dirt is removed. The eliminated dirt is flown down together with the flowing foam, so that the surface of the body of a user is washed.
