Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high assembly accuracy as a whole, even if manufacturing each processor in a unit 12 while designing separately and independently.SOLUTION: A frame 14 of the unit 12 (minimal device) includes a front chamber 24 and a processing chamber 26. A processed object is received from an adjacent unit 12 by a holding mechanism 42. In the unit 12, the processed object moves from the front chamber 24 to a processor through a window 32 in a reference plate 30. An arbitrary processor is disposed in the processing chamber 26. Assembly accuracy is ensured by providing the holding mechanism 42 or a positioning mechanism of the processor on the reference plate 30 closest to the front chamber 24 and the processing chamber 26 and having the strength as a partition between them.
