Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte having good input and output characteristics while using an insulative film instead of a separator.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte battery according to one embodiment comprises: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; a dielectric film provided on a surface of at least one of the positive and negative electrodes; and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The positive electrode includes a positive electrode current collector, and a positive electrode layer provided on the positive electrode current collector. The negative electrode includes a negative electrode current collector, and a negative electrode layer provided on the negative electrode current collector. The negative electrode layer includes a lithium titanate having a Spinel structure. The dielectric film includes an insulative inorganic compound, cellulose fibers, and a binder. The cellulose fibers have an average fiber diameter of 0.1 μm or larger. |
