PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earphone facilitating manufacturing, downsizing, and industrializing.SOLUTION: An earphone includes an ear plug, a signal device, a power supply signal input port and a driving signal input port. The ear plug includes a case and a thermoacoustic device, and the thermoacoustic device is installed in the case. The signal device inputs a signal in the thermoacoustic device. An acoustic signal input port and the power supply signal input port are respectively connected to the signal device, and respectively provide an acoustic signal and driving voltage to the signal device. The thermoacoustic device includes a substrate and a sound wave generator. The substrate has a first surface, and the first surface has a plurality of recessed portions in parallel with each other at intervals. The sound wave generator is installed on the first surface of the substrate, and a part corresponding to the recessed portion of the sound wave generator is suspended.
