Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure of a vehicle interior material that suppresses the occurrence of abnormal noise, while controlling the bending of the vehicle interior material assembled in a vehicle body panel.SOLUTION: An assembly structure 10 of a vehicle interior material of the present invention includes a vehicle body panel 3, and an interior material 1 assembled at the vehicle cabin side of the vehicle body panel 3 and having a projection 2 projecting toward the vehicle body panel 3 at a facing surface 11a facing the vehicle body panel 3. The vehicle body panel 3 has a through-hole 31 penetrating in the thickness direction to a point facing the projection 2, and a hole edge part 32 surrounding the through-hole 31. The projection 2 forms a column tapering from a base part 21 side toward a tip, and inserted into the through-hole 31 in the installation of the interior material 1 and elastically deformed so that an outer circumferential surface 2c is pressed to the hole edge part 32 and is made to shrink in a radial direction.
