Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a noise-suppressed radiographic image even in the case of a wireless connection by wireless communication means.SOLUTION: A radiological imaging device includes: X-ray image photographing means 1201 for photographing an X-ray image of a subject; wireless communication means 1217 for performing wireless communication with an external device; wireless reception characteristic grasping means 1213 for grasping a wireless reception characteristic of the wireless communication means 1217; estimation means (noise correction processing determination means 1211 or CPU 1208) for estimating a noise amount included in the X-ray image acquired by the X-ray image photographing means 1201 when a characteristic value of the wireless reception characteristic acquired by the wireless reception characteristic grasping means 1213 is equal to or less than a predetermined value; and noise correction processing changing means 1212 for changing noise correction processing to the X-ray image acquired by the X-ray image photographing means 1201 on the basis of the noise amount estimated by the estimation means.
