Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine on line with a single evaluation indicator whether a differential pressure/pressure composite sensor is normal or abnormal.SOLUTION: A secondary side pressure sensor 5 is provided separately from a differential pressure/pressure composite sensor 4. Every time a certain period passes, a differential pressure signal P from the differential pressure sensor chip 43, a static pressure signal PG from a pressure sensor chip 46 and a secondary side pressure signal P2 from the secondary side pressure sensor 5 are acquired, and an evaluation indicator P0 is figured out by the following equation: P0=| P - (PG - P2)|. In a first case, if the evaluation indicator P0 surpasses an abnormality value, an alarm signal is outputted. In a second case, if the evaluation indicator P0 surpasses a usable limit value, an abnormality signal is outputted, and if it surpasses a switchover threshold (switchover threshold<usable limit value), a sensor replacement signal is outputted. |
