Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water transfer control system which operates when a hull is made in an abnormal inclined state and can automatically restore the hull from the abnormal inclined state by transfer of ballast water.SOLUTION: A water transfer control system comprises: a water transfer pattern determination part 11 which determines a combination of a drain tank and a water feed tank into which ballast water is transferred; a water transfer pattern storage part 12 which stores the combination determined by the water transfer determination part; a control part 13 which specifies the combination of the drain tank and the water feed tank with reference to the water transfer pattern storage part, and opens an on-off valve 4 provided to a manifold 3 which connects the specified drain tank and water feed tank to each other; and a sensor 6 for detecting inclination of a hull. The control part opens the on-off valve when the inclination of the hull detected by the sensor is larger than a predetermined water transfer start angle.
