Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detector for a photovoltaic power generation panel, capable of detecting anomaly in the photovoltaic power generation panel with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation panel abnormality detector 13 includes: a plurality of DDC (DC/DC converter) connected to a plurality of strings; a plurality of voltage sensors 8 and current sensors 9 each measuring an output voltage and an output current of the strings; and a controller 10. The controller 10 has a generation power acquisition unit 14 that acquires a generation power of each string based on a value measured by each of the voltage sensors 8 and current sensors 9; a storing unit 15 that stores the generation power of strings as a history; and an anomaly determination unit 16 that compares the generation power of any of strings with the other generation power of strings, compares between the generation power of strings in different period, and determines whether or not the strings are in an anomaly state.
