PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion table device which enables miniaturization and cost reduction of the device and does not require complicated control.SOLUTION: A linear motion table device comprises two feed screw shafts including an input-side feed screw shaft 2 and an output-side feed screw shaft 3 arranged in parallel to each other along a base 1, screw shaft supporting parts 15, 16 rotatably supporting both ends of the input-side feed screw shaft and the output-side feed screw shaft and making the feed screw shafts movable in the longitudinal direction of the base, a driving motor 5 connected to one end of the input-side feed screw shaft, a rotation transmission mechanism 6 for transmitting rotation of the input-side feed screw shaft to the output-side feed screw shaft, a first nut 7 engaging with the input-side feed screw shaft, a second nut 8 engaging with the output-side feed screw shaft, a fixing bracket 9 fixing the first nut on the base, and a moving bracket 11 fixing the second nut to a moving table 10.
