Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealability insection device of a composite paper container for performing efficiently seal inspection or pinhole inspection of the composite paper container having a planned opening part on a plastic-molded lid top part.SOLUTION: In a sealability insection device, a holding plate 17 having a plurality of openings 16 for inserting and holding a lid part respectively is provided in a wide-mouth shallow water tank 15 filled with water, and the whole of the lid part having a planned opening part is dipped in the wide-mouth shallow water tank, and one electrode 19 is connected to water in the wide-mouth shallow water tank, and the other electrode 18 is allowed to penetrate through the bottom of a composite paper container placed outside of the wide-mouth shallow water tank is connected to the inside thereof, and sealability of the lid part is confirmed by existence of electric conduction between both electrodes.
