PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease for a rolling bearing for a vehicle electrical component and auxiliary machine in which bearing lubrication life is long under the high temperature environment and strippability resistance is excellent.SOLUTION: A grease composition for a rolling bearing for vehicle electrical component and auxiliary machine includes: a base oil containing an alkyl diphenyl ether oil as an essential component; a diurea thickener represented by the following formula (1); an organic sulfonate based rust preventive agent and a load resistance additive as an exfoliation resistance additive; and an antioxidant. In the formula (1), Rdenotes a 6-15C divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group; and one of R1, R3 is cyclohexyl, and the other is cyclohexyl, a 8-22C alkyl group or a 6-12C aromatic hydrocarbon group.
