PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated sheet having resin films adhered to both surfaces of a foamed resin sheet, wherein occurrence of warping of the laminated sheet and wrinkling in the resin film can be suppressed.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for manufacturing a laminated sheet 1 comprising: a flattening step of making a foamed resin sheet 2 by applying a specified tension to the foamed resin sheet 2; a laminating step of forming a laminated segment at least partially on the foamed resin sheet 2 by disposing a resin film 3 on one surface of the foamed resin sheet 2 and by disposing a resin film 4 on the other surface thereof; and an adhesion step of simultaneously carrying out adhesion of the foamed resin sheet 2 and the resin film 3 in the laminated segment and adhesion of the foamed resin sheet 2 and the resin film 4 in the laminated segment.
