PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion table device for which a linear guide of a specification optimum for a travel condition of a moving part is selected, a device cost is reduced, and highly accurate movement control of a moving table is achieved.SOLUTION: First linear guides 26a and 26c for freely movably supporting a rapid feed moving table 28 are turned to the linear guides of a high load capacity specification and a high speed specification, and second linear guides 33a, 33d, 34a, and 34d for freely movably supporting screw shaft support parts 33 and 34 which support both ends of a feed screw shaft 30 are turned to low load capacity and standard speed specifications.
