Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot resting sheet for enabling the wearer of a shoe to be released from the shoe at the moving time of a long time merely by taking off at least the shoe and to be relaxed, although several kinds of releasing foot rests have been commercially available and devised, but a problem is left in portability.SOLUTION: An outing sheet or a cardboard sheet, which has been prepared by depositing a resin-based film on the two faces of a cushioning material having a thickness of several mm, is cut into a generally rectangular shape having a longitudinal side length L shorter than the length 257 mm of the shorter side of a paper standard B4 size and a lateral side length W shorter than the length 364 mm of the longer side of the paper standard B4 size. A foot placing sheet is characterized in that it can be folded into a double-folded state at the center of the lateral side of the sheet and received in the double-folded state in a bag having inner dimensions of paper standards B5.
