Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging lens including a light shieling plate which is a light shielding plate capable of shielding stray light and can achieve more excellent assembly accuracy.SOLUTION: The imaging lens comprises: a lens barrel having a base wall having a light incident hole surrounding an optical axis; an imaging unit disposed in the lens barrel and has an imaging element arranged along the optical axis; and further, a light shielding plate which has an annular fixed part for positioning the light shielding plate and a bent part bent from the inner peripheral edge of the fixed part, to be protruded obliquely toward the optical axis. The light shielding plate is disposed in one of a position between the base wall and the imaging element adjacent to the base wall out of the imaging elements and a position between two adjacent imaging elements of the imaging elements.
