Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: an object in which characters or pictures are engraved on an acrylic board by laser or a sand blast method and an ornament illuminating the same by an LED or the like have the characters or pictures drawn by scratching the acrylic by some means, so that engraving once completed cannot be changed; and moreover, since it takes time to produce, the object and ornament become expensive.SOLUTION: A display device of the present invention illuminates drawing in white ink on a transparent film by an edge light method using a light source such as an LED and can achieve a similar effect on laser engraving, and requires a considerably short time and can produce refined expression with compared to the laser engraving. Also, being a self-adhesive film, the display device can be pasted/pealed off, and characters or pictures on the self-adhesive film have only to be printed anew, leaving an acrylic board intact. |
