Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the movement of a heat generation belt in a width direction without damaging a power receiving member in a configuration capable of preventing damage to a resistance heating layer due to heat of a spark generated between a power feeding member and the power receiving member.SOLUTION: At each end of both sides in a belt width direction of a resistance heating layer 31b, a base end part of a cylindrical power receiving member 31f is connected respectively; and a tip part of the power receiving member 31f is located on the outside in the width direction from each end of the resistance heating layer 31b. Opposite to the tip part of the power receiving member 31f, a regulating member 34 is provided for regulating the movement of a heat generation belt 31 in the width direction beyond an allowable range. At the tip part of the power receiving member 31f, a contact member 36 is provided; and the contact member 36 comes into contact with the regulating member 34 in association with the movement of the heat generation belt 31 in a rotation state in the belt width direction, so that reaction is dispersed that acts on the power receiving member 31f from a contact part with the regulating member 34.
