Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a compressed gas from leaking out of a communication gap through which a compression chamber and a low-pressure side of a low pressure-side holding part of a valve housing part communicate with each other by making the area of the communication gap small with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A sealed type screw compressor includes: a rotor housing part 41 which houses a screw rotor; a capacity ratio control valve which controls a set capacity ratio; a valve housing part 37 which houses the capacity ratio control valve; and a low pressure-side holding part 33 which is provided on a low pressure side of the valve housing part and holds a low pressure side of the capacity ratio control valve. The low pressure-side holding part is formed of two arcs corresponding to two arc parts forming the rotor housing part, and a groove 36 through which a compression chamber side and a low pressure-side space communicate with each other is formed nearby the intersection of those arcs. A recessed part 44 which is formed larger than the groove is provided on a low pressure-side end face of the rotor housing part which corresponds to the position of the groove, and a piece 45 is installed in the recessed part so as to close a communication gap 39 formed of the capacity ratio control valve and the groove.
