Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caisson method which implements a method of correcting the inclination of a sinking caisson easily at low cost.SOLUTION: A hole 3 is formed by excavating soil around a blade port part 11 of a caisson 1, and a gap 4 is formed between an outer peripheral wall 12 of the caisson 1 and a soil wall 5 by excavating soil outside of the outer peripheral wall 12 from the hole 3. A cushioning member 2 is inserted into the gap 4 from the hole 3. Because the cushioning member 2 is inserted between the outer peripheral wall 12 of the caisson 1 and the soil wall 5, even when the caisson 1 is inclined while sinking, since the cushioning member 2 is compressed/expanded, excavation of soil around the blade port part 11 of the caisson 1 at an earlier sinking side, namely, at a lower side is stopped and by excavating soil around the blade port part 11 of the caisson 11 at a later sinking side, namely, at a higher side, the inclination of the caisson 1 can be easily corrected. Since the cushioning member 2 is extremely low-priced, the inclination of the caisson 1 can be corrected at low cost. |
