Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for forming a high dielectric constant film capable of forming the high constant film exhibiting good dielectric property by using application methods such as an inkjet, and also excellent in stability over time, and to provide the high dielectric constant film manufactured by using the ink, a manufacturing method thereof, and a capacitor containing the high dielectric constant film.SOLUTION: An ink composition for forming high dielectric constant film contains (A) following surface-modified barium titanate particles and (B) a binder component and a solvent, a ratio of the barium titanate particles in the total of the (A) component and the (B) component is 50 to 99 mass%. (A) component: barium titanate particles in which an urethane bond-containing diol (meth)acrylate monomer covalent-binds on its surface, or barium titanate in which a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer composition containing the urethane bond-containing diol (meth)acrylate monomer and a cross-linkable monomer covalent-binds on its surface.
