Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving performance estimation system, an energy saving performance saving method, and an energy saving performance program for efficiently performing a quantitative evaluation of the energy saving performance for a multiple dwelling house.SOLUTION: A control part 21 of an evaluation system 20 acquires an input condition of the multiple dwelling house of an evaluation object through an input part 11, calculates an average floor area using this input condition, and specifies a coefficient such as a coefficient of thermal conductivity and a reference heat loss coefficient of a heat insulation material. Next, a heat transmission coefficient is calculated from the input condition and the coefficient of thermal conductivity, and a heat loss coefficient and a summer solar radiation acquisition coefficient are calculated using this heat transmission coefficient, the average floor area, and the like. Further, a load of heating and cooling air is calculated using the calculated heat loss coefficient, and a difference amount of the load of heating and cooling air corresponding to an energy saving rating is calculated using this load of heating and cooling air, thereby calculating a reduced amount of CO2 in one dwelling house. By multiplying this reduced amount of CO2 by the number of dwelling houses, the reduced amount of CO2 of the entire multiple dwelling house is calculated and output to an output part 12.
