Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical wiring component excellent in mechanical characteristic, and a photo-electric consolidation member and an electric apparatus that are reliable and have the optical wiring component.SOLUTION: An optical wiring component 1 comprises: an optical waveguide (optical wiring) 2, having a long layer form, which is able to transmit an optical signal; and a support part 3 provided so as to cover the side faces and upper and lower faces of the optical waveguide 2. The support part 3 is provided in contact with the optical waveguide 2, and is made of a composite material composed of a plurality of base material fibers, and resin binding the base material fibers. The support part 3 is configured so as to surround the entire part of the optical waveguide 2 when cut in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the optical waveguide 2. It is preferable that the base material fibers are organic fibers oriented randomly in the support part 3. Such a support part 3 is preferably formed by a sheet making method.
