Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module in which temperature durability is enhanced, by suppressing fold deformation of a flexible substrate at a low temperature of -40°C.SOLUTION: A solar cell module includes a solar cell sub-module where a solar cell is formed on the upper surface of a flexible substrate, a resin layer for sealing at least the solar cell of the solar cell sub-module, a front protection layer of a resin plate provided on the solar cell side of the solar cell sub-module, and a back protection layer of a resin plate provided on the lower surface side of the flexible substrate of the solar cell sub-module. The resin layer is transparent at least on the front protection layer side. Compressive stress occurring in the flexible substrate at -40°C is smaller than the yield point of the flexible substrate. |
