Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glossy surface visual inspection method for stabilizing accuracy of measuring a glossy surface and reducing inspection time.SOLUTION: A uniform load is applied to front and rear side surfaces 201F, 201B of a battery 201 via front and rear tactile sensors 41, 42. On the basis of output values of the front and rear tactile sensors 41, 42, surface pressure distributions P10, P20 of the front and rear side surfaces 201F, 201B are acquired, to determine areas P21-P23 where the surface pressure is relatively small in the surface pressure distributions P10, P20 as defects.
