Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that supports formulation of an operation plan that can reduce power cost for water quality changing by time and electric energy unit price effectively using a buffer function of a fresh water tank.SOLUTION: There is provided an operation plan support system 1 in a desalination facility that includes a fresh water tank that reserves desalinated fresh water. The operation plan support system 1 includes: a salt concentration time change estimation unit 8 that obtains a salt concentration estimated value of raw water; a water temperature time change estimation unit 10 that obtains a water temperature estimated value of raw water; an operation plan calculation unit 28 that obtains power cost of a desalination facility on the basis of a salt concentration estimated value, a water temperature estimated value, electric unit price by clock time of an area in which a desalination facility is installed, a fresh water tank upper limit water amount, a fresh water tank lower limit water amount, a fresh water amount in a fresh water tank, and a fresh water demand, and calculates a desalination plan 26; and a desalination plan display 30 that displays the desalination plan 26. |
