Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction solution viscosity detection method for highly accurately detecting the viscosity of a reaction solution, a reaction solution viscosity detection apparatus, and a reaction solution generation device using the viscosity detection apparatus.SOLUTION: A reactor for agitating a reaction solution by rotating a rotational shaft with an induction motor 9 as a power source, has an oil-lubricated reduction gear 10 for reducing revolution speed of the induction motor installed between a rotation shaft of the induction motor and a rotation shaft having an agitating blade 13. A method of detecting the viscosity of a reaction solution includes 1) a detection step of detecting an induction motor torque (Ts) and 2) a temperature detection step of detecting a temperature (t) of lubrication oil to find a rotational torque (T) by a formula (1): T=Ts-F(t), using the induction motor torque (Ts) and further includes a calculation step of calculating the viscosity of a reaction solution using the rotational torque. |
