Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump-type cooling and heating air conditioner excellent in durability.SOLUTION: Characteristically, a heat pump-type cooling and heating air conditioner includes heat medium piping 1 having a joint 4 formed by brazing, and a waterproof film 5 made of a silicone resin with a thickness of 1.0 mm or more is formed on a surface 400 of a fillet 40 formed in the joint 4. Preferably, the heat medium piping 1 is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy. Preferably, a linear expansion coefficient of the silicone resin is in the range of 20×10to 100×10/K.
