Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress leakage of the dew condensation water out of a casing by preventing scattering when dew condensation water is formed on indoor coolant pipes arranged in the casing.SOLUTION: An air conditioner 1 for vehicles includes a heat exchanger 12 for cooling and a casing 11 containing the heat exchanger 12 for cooling and arranged in a vehicle room, and is configured in such a way that air for air conditioning introduced into the casing 11 is subjected to a temperature adjustment and supplied to the vehicle room. The heat exchanger 12 for cooling is connected with indoor coolant pipes 23 and 23; the indoor coolant pipes 23 and 23 are arranged in an air passage A1 within the casing 11; and a vertical wall 31 reducing the velocity of air flowing toward the indoor coolant pipes 23 and 23 is provided in the casing 11.
