PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of storing time information and position information shown by content transmitted by a traffic user with a structure that an entrepreneur easily utilizes by estimating the time information and the position information on the basis of one content.SOLUTION: In the information processing system including a portable terminal owned by a traffic user to transmit content, a content collection server for collecting and storing the content transmitted by each user, an operation management server for storing traffic operation information, and an information processing server for analyzing the content and storing information according to contents shown by the content, the information processing server receives, from the content collection server, content obtained by attaching transmission time information and transmission position information to data created by the user, receives a diagram from the operation management server, compares the received content with the diagram, estimates the time information and the position information shown by the content, and stores the time information and the position information by associating them with the content.
