The web includes a small-width plate material 5 having a first group of a plurality of small-width plate materials 5a arrayed at intervals obliquely to an axial direction of a wooden beam 1, and a second group of a plurality of small-width plate materials 5b arrayed at intervals obliquely to the axial direction of the wooden beam to the opposite side from the first group of small-width plate materials. Then the small-width plate materials included in the first group and the small-width plate materials included in the second group are put one over the other crossing a plurality of other small-width members, and joined together at intersection positions.
