PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide integrated safety evaluation with a labor-time-standard system, and corresponding methods and computer readable storage media.SOLUTION: A labor-time-standard system 100 performs integrated safety evaluation, and includes a work-task manager 102, an integrated module 104 and an ergonomic safety evaluator. The work-task manager 102 is configured to receive a work instruction and determine work elements applicable to the work instruction, with the work elements having respective associated elemental unit times, elemental risk ratings and frequency values. The integrated module 104 receives the elemental unit times, elemental risk ratings and frequency values for the work elements, and calculates a labor time standard and an ergonomic safety rating therefrom. The ergonomic safety evaluator receives the labor time standard and the ergonomic safety rating and performs ergonomic safety evaluation therefrom, thereby determining whether to release or reject the work instruction.
