Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester-based resin composition having enough molecular weight at manufacturing, excellent in mechanical strength, and reducing the molecular weight quickly on relatively mild change of temperature environment in soil, in water or under high humidity conditions.SOLUTION: An aliphatic polyester-based resin composition can be obtained by melt mixing an aliphatic polyester-based resin (A) and a phosphorus-based organic compound (B), and contains 100 ppm or more and 3000 ppm or less of a phosphorus element based on the total resin composition (100 mass%).
