PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide recovery system which can more efficiently separate and recover carbon dioxide.SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide recovery system 1A includes a first gas separation membrane unit 11, a second gas separation membrane unit 13 which is serially connected to the first gas separation membrane unit 11, and a carbon dioxide using device 20. The first and second gas separation membrane units 11, 13 are connected to each other so that non-permeated gas of the first gas separation membrane unit 11 is supplied to the second gas separation membrane unit 13, and are configured so that the carbon dioxide concentration in permeated gas of the first gas separation membrane unit 11 is higher than that of the second gas separation membrane unit 13 and at least carbon dioxide from the first gas separation membrane unit 11 is supplied to the carbon dioxide using device 20.
