PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level converting circuit low in cost, and an electronic device including the level converting circuit.SOLUTION: A level converting circuit according to the present invention is electrically connected between a processing module and a communication module, and performs the conversion between a first mode level signal and a second mode level signal on the basis of voltage provided by a power supply module. The level converting circuit includes: a voltage conversion module for converting a first voltage output from the power supply module into a third voltage on the basis of a pulse voltage; a first conversion module for converting the first mode level signal output from the processing module into the second mode level signal, on the basis of the first voltage, a second voltage output from the power supply module, and the third voltage, to transmit to the communication module; and a second conversion module for converting, on the basis of the second voltage, the second mode level signal output from the communication module into the first mode level signal to transmit to the processing module.
