Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of properly displaying a nerve fiber.SOLUTION: An image processor relating to an embodiment includes an analysis part, an association part, a determination part, and a display control part. The analysis part generates DWI (Diffusion Weighted Image) volume data holding running information of a nerve fiber in each voxel. The association part associates a spatial location of non-DWI volume data holding state information of an object in each voxel with spatial location of the DWI volume data. The determination part determines a display mode of the nerve fiber that passes through a voxel in a DWI volume data whose spatial location corresponds to the voxel in accordance with state information held in the non-DWI volume data. The display control part displays a nerve fiber derived from the DWI volume data according to the display mode determined in each nerve fiber.
