Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device including a tablet type terminal easily and detachably provided at a base part.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device includes: a base part 4 provided, for example, at a dash board 100 of a vehicle 200; and a tablet type terminal 1 which is detachably provided at the base part 4 and has a display panel 2. A recessed part 21 (and a recessed part 31) is provided at a bottom part 20 (an upper part 30) of the tablet type terminal 1 so that a part of a lower side 10 (and an upper side 11) forming an outer shape 15 of the tablet type terminal 1, for example, a center part 10C (and a center part 11C) is recessed when a user views the tablet type terminal 1 directly facing the display panel 2.
