Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified zeolite catalyst capable of continuously providing unsaturated hydrocarbons for a long period of time with high yield by catalytic cracking of a saturated hydrocarbon contained in a raw material such as a naphtha fraction and having improved catalytic performance such as heat resistance, and to provide a method of producing unsaturated hydrocarbons using the modified zeolite catalyst.SOLUTION: There is provided a modified zeolite catalyst which is prepared by performing dealumination-silylation treatment and chemical treatment to an intermediate fine pore zeolite which has a ten-membered ring structure composed of 10 units of tetrahedral type TO(T=Si or Al) and has a fine pore diameter in the range of 0.50 to 0.65 nm. |
