Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiator for efficiently radiating heat generated by an image pick-up element connected to a board, and an endoscope.SOLUTION: When an image pick-up element 120 generates heat, heat is transmitted to a board 130 from a ball-like terminal 123 through a circular terminal 136. The heat transmitted to the board 130 is transmitted to a support part 112, pattern wiring 137, and a via 138. The heat transmitted to the support part 112 is transmitted to an outer shell 111. The heat is transmitted from the outer shell 111 to an outer braided wire 143 and an outer graphite sheet 142. On the other hand, the heat transmitted to a part of the pattern wiring and the via 138 is transmitted to an inside braided wire 153 and an inside graphite sheet 154 through a flat terminal 135. The graphite sheet has a larger coefficient of thermal conductivity than copper. The outer graphite sheet 142 and the inner graphite sheet 154 are provided outside the outer braided wire 141 and the inner braided wire 153, respectively, so that more heat can be absorbed from the image pick-up element 120 and radiated.
