Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with many products having a variation in a dimension between engagement holes by a single tool, in an apparatus for imparting torque to a rubber ball for guiding a vehicle.SOLUTION: A variable type rubber ball rotary unit comprises a plurality of wrench parts 2 capable of varying a central angle to a fulcrum 1 and free even in a fixation in a displacement position. The wrench parts 2 project a pin 3 in the right-angled direction to a plane of the wrench parts 2 to an idle end. One wrench part 2a in the wrench parts 2 forms a grip part 4 by extending to the opposite side of the fulcrum 1.
