Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel that has an advantage in which good visibility can be obtained even when wiring or a wiring array is arranged in an active area of a transparent substrate, and a wider screen area can be obtained in the same area by reducing a non-active area on the transparent substrate to reduce the size of the structure.SOLUTION: A touch panel of the present invention has a transparent substrate, an electrode 200 formed in a mesh pattern on the transparent substrate, and first peaks 301 and second peaks 302 formed in a zigzag pattern on the transparent substrate and alternately continue along a length direction, and includes wiring 300 connected with the electrode 200.
