Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of transmitting a shipment confirmation mail with an attachment of an image of individual merchandise to an orderer with a very simple operation, without mixing-up images.SOLUTION: A mail-order supporting system 10 includes: a working document 18 on which a two-dimensional code 54 of an order number is printed; a digital camera 42; a display 44 with a touch panel; a mobile terminal 16 with a radio communication function; and a mail-order support server 12 connected to the mobile terminal 16 through radio communication network. The mobile terminal 16 further includes: a data generation part 46 that, when the two-dimensional code 54 of the working document 18 is read by the digital camera 42, converts the two-dimensional code 54 into an order number, and that, when an image of merchandise is taken by the digital camera 42, associates the order number to a file of the image; and a data transmission part 48 that transmits the file of the image to the mail-order support server 12.
