Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna characteristic measurement system which is capable of accurately determining performance of a plurality of existing antennas and accurately evaluating performance of the antennas.SOLUTION: A characteristic measurement system 10 includes: first measurement means which simultaneously measures a power level and a phase difference of a first existing antenna by modulation light emitted from photoelectric field sensors 12A and 12B; second measurement means which maintains an installation state of the first photoelectric field sensor 12A relative to the first existing antenna and installs the second photoelectric field sensor 12B removed from the first existing antenna, in a second existing antenna and simultaneously measures a power level and a phase difference of the existing antenna by modulation light emitted from the photoelectric field sensors 12A and 12B; level comparison value calculation means which calculates a level comparison value from the power level measured by the first measurement means and the power level measured by the second measurement means; and phase difference comparison value calculation means which calculates a phase difference comparison value from the phase difference measured by the first measurement means and the phase difference measured by the second measurement means.
