Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like member enabling a user to easily and firmly connect at least one end of an elastic member to the plate-like member.SOLUTION: This plate-like member is configured by laminating at least a core material (103) and base material resin (102), and includes a hinge mechanism (14). The plate-like member is rotatable with the hinge mechanism (14) as a rotary shaft. The hinge mechanism (14) is made of at least an elastic member (16), and at least one end (161) of the elastic member (16) is inserted into the laminated base resin (102) and the core material (103) to be connected to the plate-like member.
