Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film for an optical member and an electronic member, having an adhesive layer using a polyurethane resin with excellent wettability, stain resistance while reducing paste dregs, and also with excellent reworkability.SOLUTION: A surface protective film comprises: a base layer 1; and an adhesive layer 2. The adhesive layer includes a polyurethane resin. Adhesive force to an acrylic board is 0.5 N/25 mm or lower after kept at 70°C for 1 day of adhesion on the acrylic board. The polyurethane resin is obtained through curing a composition including: a polyol (A) having at least two OH groups; and a polyfunctional aromatic isocyanate compound (B).
