Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve optimum soft switching control without being affected by variations in hardware characteristics of a circuit element.SOLUTION: In a resonance type power conversion device having a switch control part for turning on a main switch after a delay time at which a voltage of an auxiliary capacitor is minimum after an auxiliary switch is turned on, the switch control part measures a first time needed from the time when the auxiliary switch is turned on to the time when the voltage of the auxiliary capacitor falls to or below a reference voltage, and a second time needed until when the voltage of the auxiliary capacitor is returned into or above the reference voltage, as the optimization processing for the delay time, and sets average value of the first time and the second time as the delay time.
